Which plan should my coworker use?

One more question!

I am on the red plan and my coworker is doing the LAWL diet with me but I don't know if the red plan is right for her. Her weight is 210 and her height is 5'4 1/2. Could someone please let us know! We start our TO tomorrow! THANKS!

If she is doing lites or subbing for lites, then she would probably do purple. Which would be one less starch and the servings aren't as large as red, I think.
