Hello ladies and gents!!!

I wanted to know if we are restricted to certain spices to make things a little tastier while on TO? I moved away from my center and I'm starting over and just can't remember. :?: Could someone let me know???

I happen to be in the same boat as you! Starting over! I happen to have my sheet right in front of me and it says:

Seasoning - any seasoning may be used to enhance the flavor of foods as long as it contains no sugar or sale.

Also, my counsler at the time made a personal note that she rec'd Mrs. Dash.
