Hi everyone. I started LA about 3 weeks ago. I am down 7 lbs and 5 inches. I have been lurking on this site but thought I would join to make sure I stay motivated.

I had a great start with LA. I was a bit leary about them trying to sell me the bars, but I received my free box when I started and told them I didnt like them. End of story. No pressure to buy any of the lites or bars.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: driving 30 minutes everytime i have to weigh in......i do not want a gain!!! Tired of not feeling the way I used to. I took a picture of myself in a bikini that I used to fit into.....NOT A PRETTY PICTURE!!! That was enough incentive to get me started....after I finished crying!!!!
