Fruit substitute for TO juice?

  • Hi

My councelor said I can eat 1/2 cantelope/day instead of drinking the TO juice, but no other fruit will work.(seems strange?) I don't like cantelope, so I thought you ladies might know of something else I can use instead? I know the morning blend juice will also work, but I have not been able to find it here.

    Thanks
    Nina

  • 1/2 cantaloupe a day is what my COD allows.

4 oranges a day may be used.

I have successfully used honeydew melon and other types of similar melons instead of canteloupe when I couldn't find any good canteloupe around...
  • Nina:

The recommended fruit from LAWL is 1/2 Cantalope a day or 4 Oranges. The 1 whole cantalope a day came from the Womans World Article that referenced LAWL, but I don't think LAWL has ever said a whole one would work.
  • Thanks ladies! I have plenty of oranges here in the house, so 4 oranges it is!
  • My COD told me 1. I will have to call them and find out if I was told wrong. We've have 2 complete staff turnovers since then so who knows.
