Amanda - I hope you're feeling better and getting into the gym. I know how that is - in my case it's been cold and then I was sick so running has suffered. I need to get back to my DVDs when it's cold but I haven't been feeling like cleaning up the kids mess to give myself space.
I've been within my calorie limits for most of this week and seeing some movement on the scale (down). Things are a little calmer for most of the week so I hope to see downward progress at TOPS on Thursday. I think my biggest problems in fluctuations recently have been insufficient water, I get too busy and don't take in enough fluids. Some of the stress with my son is getting better - the ADD meds haven't done anything for him - so although I want to be able to help him, I was really loath to medicate him, and am somewhat relieved that it's not for him. We have another psych appointment today and will see where we go from there.
Brittany - welcome, and I hope Slimfast helps with your plan again. How are things going?
Loin - I hope quitting smoking is still going your way. Not something I've ever had to do, but I do understand it's hard.
bargoo - I hope you make goal for Christmas. Would be a great present to yourself!!
