Emily, I am in for TO! I need it! My counselors at COD kinda let me loose for Thanksgiving, and well they gave an inch and I took a mile! I was really off plan. I will be doing mine Tuesday and Wednesday as I already cooked and packed my food for tomorrow ( I have to work all day then go to school). But I have pledged to my husband that I will stay POP til Christmas! (Well afterwards too, but definitely til then) I have set my goal for 2008 at 7lbs, but I am really hoping for 10lbs by Christmas. I am stepping up the workouts and POPness. I bought that walking dvd workout set today that comes with 2 2lb weights, but dh wont let me have it til Christmas!
I have to work 4 days this week, and with work usually comes being POP as I usually take my lunch to walk a mile at the park, and we have no vending machines so I can only eat what I bring!
Oh and BTW my starting weight for this challenge right now is kinda being guessed as I havent WI since the 17th! I may go ahead and WI in the morning so I can see at my next WI on Sat what a POP week can do for me!
