Apple Pancakes
 

Yeah so on Friday I bought from my COD the recipe book. I was very very excited and yesterday when I went to do some grocery shopping I bought the ingredients to make the apple pancakes (which was the recipe that caught most of my attention).

So today I tried to make it... and it was complete disaster!! they were not liquid? enough... what I mean is.. it was not as liquid-y as pancakes usually are ... it was too solid... and took forever to cook!! and i tried to turn it over, it wasn't ready, it was too big (heavy?) for my spatula and I ended up eating a big mess of badly and almost raw apple pancake... I don't know.. If anyone has tried to make this.... and has succeeded... any tips?
