Perfect stir fry material, rather than using noodles.. Chop into thin strands... stir fry a little chicken with low sodium soy and a bit of oil and then put the cabbage in when the chicken's cooked.. Toss so that the cabbage breaks down a little and is completely coated with the sauce...
