    4 oz shrimp or imitation crab
    2 Romaine lettuce leafs
    1/2 cup raw celery diced
    ¾ cup pineapple cut up
    6 almonds sliced

    Add salad dressing of your choice

    Numbered plans – P, V, Fruit, Fat

    I didn't know we could use the imitation crab and it counted as a protein!!! I'll have to make this for sure!
