I was getting ready to do the GRAPEFRUIT VERSION OF TAKEOFF (TO) tomorrow. I was talking to the COD about it they told me 1 grapefruit per day is that how everyone else does it. To me just doesn't sound like to much. It seem like you would need more. And do you need to add fiber while doing the TO.
Jamie, I did it with 2 grape fruits a day, a half a grape fruit 4 times. Just like you do 4 servings of juice. I had my best take off results using the grapefruits.
