For those of you that go to the COD and use replacements for the bars, takeoff, etc... what do you tell your COD, and what is their response? I just do not have the funds to continue buying their products and frankly do not see the need since I've found this site. I am, however, a little concerned about going WI and letting them know this? Just curious as to how they will react? Thanks guys for the help!!

well first off

I'm mixing with Lunas and the South Beach bars now, at this point my stance is I'm gradually weaning off so I'm not eating a bar a day, plus after a year I'm tired of most of the bar flavors . With the money I spent I don't feel guilty. As juicing, I do it at most once every 6 months, so I'll spend the money on a single bottle, just not cave and buy multiple. I use the 100 calorie packs of cheetos instead of cheese curls, I just come out and say it. At this point they know better than to question me.


You're paying for the program, you're not paying for the prodcut. Just think of it that way.

thanks so much! I am a little concerned about talking to my COD, which I can't stand by the way, but I guess she really doesn't have a choice if I decide I'm going to do it, huh?

Emily.........also, a few girls here just write, "lite," in their diaries, or just go ahead and do a TO and just write in, "TO juice." Most of the time, the counselors don't even pay attention......and rarely do they know if you still have products at home. If it is really difficult for you to speak to them, you can always tell them a friend or relative who used to the the program had mass amounts and gave them to you............who in their right mind would not take free products from a relative, right? Whatever you do.......don't let them pressure you into purchasing anything you cannot afford. It is a fabulous program.......but they are running a business, and the want to make their $$$'s. When I was going to the COD, I didn't buy ANY of their products after my initial 10 weeks of bars. They asked each visit for a long time, but eventually they stopped......and they were still very nice, and very supportive Good luck!
