I am currently at a size 6 to 8 depending on the clothing. I realize that these sizes are the size 8 - 10 from 10+ years a go. But a size 4 scares me. I do'nt think I have ever been a size 4. I can remember in high school at my lowest weight I was a size 5 junior and I do'nt remember that being that tiny.

That being said, I guess I am comfortable where (143) I am even though the scale hasn't made it to my initial goal (135). I am happy. So keep an open mind and make your decisions adjustable based on your journey.
