geez i hope it doesnt happen to me ! hair loss AND losing oz. a week geezz. my favorite quote applies, "it's always something!" dang maybe that 4 oz weight loss was HAIR !! lol

I haven't had any problems with hair loss, or at least I haven't noticed any. The only odd thing had was breakouts when I haven't had any in ages. Any major disruption to your nutrition causes side effects. Maybe that's the reason for the hair loss.
