Default Special K Protein Water

Hello everyone. I am new here. I joined LAWL some time ago and didn't have to motivation to get my rear moving. I have seem the posts mentioning some of the replacements for LA lites. I am going to give the Special K bars a try since I cannot afford the LA lites right now. I also have been drinking Special K protein Water. It is the new one that they have out that mixes in your water bottle. I am wondering if I could use this in place of the LA lite (strawberry Kiwi). The stats are about the same except it is a little less protein. Really yummy. It comes in Pink Lemonade, Tea, and Strawberry Kiwi and it mixes in your water bottle like those little crystal light to go packets.

Here is the nutritional breakdown.

30 calories
0 fat
35 mg sodium
6 grams carbs
5 grams fiber
5 grams protein.
