OK, I am not going to give my WI until I lose a bit of what my body is holding onto. I would tell you what I mean, but TMI. I had a green tea non fat latte this morning so should help move things along a bit. Actually already has, so I will see what tomorrow says. But the scale showed me up 2 lbs.

Congrats on the losers so far. I hope to see something soon. I have been POP for a while now.

Yay! I was down 2 lbs today! So happy. I wasnt happy however, that my counselor didnt seem to think it was a good idea for me to try the lites this week? Anybody else heard this? She thinks it will throw me way off if I try them this week then go back to without lites. Im kinda bummned about that cause now I have a box and a half of la lites just sitting around waiting to be ate. However she did tell me if I had a pretty good loss by this time next week that she would move me down a plan whether I am at 244 or not.

I am at school waiting for my class to start. BORING!

Good morning everyone,

I went for WI this morning and I am down 2 pounds. I am so excited to be under the 210 mark I havent seen that in years. I got my new plan today. More food to choose from thats exciting. I hope you all have a great day I am off to work now then bowling starts tonight. See you's tomorrow.

Just came home from my COD and I lost 2 pounds this week. They gave me the new plan, number 5 and I am literally frightened of all those starches. 7 starches??????

Here's a question to all you more experienced folks: Can I (secretly) swap 3 starches for 1 protein? Not sure how the calories compute, but I have always done better with more protein.
