Hi all, I am back on my LAWL plan again after a long time of not being on it. The plan i have is from 2000. It works great and i love it but i was told that there is alot of new foods on the list and so on. LAWL went out of business here so i cant go to a center and ask them for help that is why i am here. Back when Boca was newer a counselor figured out that 1 of the boca chicken patties was 1 protein and 1 starch. I am just wondering if anyone here eats boca on there LAWL and if you do could you please tell me place it takes on the food list?
