Mango Pineapple Smoothie

  • Mango-Pineapple Smoothie

    Prep 10 minutes

    ½ cup frozen mango chunks *
    ¼ cup cubed fresh pineapple
    6 oz low fat yogurt
    ¼ cup skim milk
    ¼ tsp ginger

    1 serving

    Blend until smooth.

    To use fresh mangos instead of frozen. Seed, peel, and cut 1 small mango in chunks.
    Place on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper and cover and freeze for 2 hours or until solid. Save remaining mango chunks for future use.
