Anyone know anything about Control Trim? I'd be interested to know if anyone decided to try it (and in the future if it caused you to lose more weight than ususal).

Here's my thoughts on Control Trim.

It's suppose to help curb your appetite so you feel fuller and more satisfied and are better able to stick to the progarm (or that's what I understood it to be for).

However, for me going off the program is not an option - I eat what I am suppose to and no more or less. (The rebate at the end is driving me, plus my mom & aunt who are doing it to would kill me if I went off) I am never hungry, so why do I need something to make me "feel full"? If anything, I have trouble getting in all the food. So I really didn't understand the benefit of it.

Has this been explained to anyone else differently?? I could be way off, but that is what I understood its benefits were.

Interestingly, they've been selling it at my center for a couple of weeks now and not one counselor (or even the manager) has mentioned it to me. I figure if it was something spectacular somebody would have said something by now.

I picked mine up on Saturday, but haven't used or taken yet. I am doing takeoff today and tomorrow, and just don't think it necessary while on it. And I forgot it yesterday. I will post after taking. I think it looks interesting, esp. the powder. It was explained to me this way: you can increase the volume of some of your favorite things, but not how it is counted in servings. For example, if you like sour cream, you can mix it with it(can't remember the measurements, sorry) and it increases the volume of it, so it seems you are getting more than you are. I am hoping it is as good as it looks. They are really, really pushing it at my center. Lots of commercials about it. And they anticipated they would run out of the powder by middle of this week, and would possibly be a couple of weeks before they get more. I pre-bought 4 each of the tablets and powder, and the manager sent 1 tablet and 2 powders home with me, saying she did not want them to run out and me want more. She talked like eventually it would be in stock with no worries of running out.
