I think my major problem is that I just kinda eat and go and dont keep track of what I am eating. So I made a meal plan for tomorrow! *Hurray!!!* The following is my plan. I want advice and suggestions on improvements. I am not happy with the salt count but I figure as I go along I can keep an eye out for ways to cut it down.
