? about new plan--I was gold with lites last year

  • I lost 40+ lbs doing LAWL last year. I did gold with lites. I am currently around 155 lbs and would like to lose about 10-15 lbs. I got on this website today and I learned that the program has changed. From what I have gathered I would be on plan #2 which is:
    2 1/2 proteins
    3 vegetables
    2 fruit
    3 starches
    2 dairy
    2 fat
    3 condiments
    2 LA Lites

    instead of "Gold with lites."


    I don't have any LA Lites left and I don't want to use luna or any other substitutes for the lites. I would rather have real food. I think I would be on plan #3. Is that correct? I think #3 is: 3P, 4V, 3F, 4S, 2D, 2FATS

    Do I have this figured out correctly or am I totally off? Please help me.
  • Another thing--I am not going to the center. I am STILL paying on my care credit and I don't want to spend any more money at LAWL.
  • At your weight, I would be more inclined to say you would be on plan 2 with no lites…

    I am about 195 lbs and not doing lites or any bars, and am on plan 2. I wasn't suppose to switch until I hit 187 lbs., but I was gaining on plan 3 so they moved me early...
