I lost 40+ lbs doing LAWL last year. I did gold with lites. I am currently around 155 lbs and would like to lose about 10-15 lbs. I got on this website today and I learned that the program has changed. From what I have gathered I would be on plan #2 which is:
2 1/2 proteins
3 vegetables
2 fruit
3 starches
2 dairy
2 fat
3 condiments
2 LA Lites
instead of "Gold with lites."
I don't have any LA Lites left and I don't want to use luna or any other substitutes for the lites. I would rather have real food. I think I would be on plan #3. Is that correct? I think #3 is: 3P, 4V, 3F, 4S, 2D, 2FATS
Do I have this figured out correctly or am I totally off? Please help me.
