Picture this!!

  • I just found a great tool that I wanted to share. Go to landsend.com, and in the search box, type virtual model. I created a virtual model at my goal weight, then printed it to keep where I can see it often. What a great way to picture what my body is going to look like!
  • Katie-I've seen that before. Its kinda cool to do it with the weight I started at then change it to my weight now.
  • I've seen that too, Katie...very cool! You can also go to prevention.com and you can do side-by-side models - so before and after or before and current.
  • I really loved that. It is really a realty check to use your start weight and then take the pounds off in an instant. It enables us to see what we probably cannot easily see, but what others have seen during our weight loss journeys.....
  • That was fun! The prevention one really makes me realize there is a difference 28lbs later!
  • I couldn't find the one on prevention. Where about is it?
  • Hi Nightwatch,
Scroll down looking at the middle of the page and you will see a model in a blue swimsuit. Just under the title "Weightloss" there it is - Lose Weight with My virtual model.
  • aww the 14.4 I've lost doesn't make a difference on my model
  • Thanks Lynx! Found it !
  • Thanks for posting these. I just did the one on landsend.com now I am going to do the prevention one. It is very motivating to see what I will look like. I need to pull out some pre wedding pictures and put them on the fridge! Ha! Ha! Thanks
  • I tried to find the Prevention.com one but had to do a google search so here's the official link!http://preventionweightloss.mvm.com/rodale_wl_ctx/jsp/sim.jsp%3FrequestedRetailerCode=rodale_wl"]http://preventionweightloss.mvm.com/rodale_wl_ctx/jsp/sim.jsp%3FrequestedRetailerCode=rodale_wl"]http://preventionweightloss.mvm.com/rodale_wl_ctx/jsp/sim.jsp%3FrequestedRetailerCode=rodale_wl
