Different LAWL Plans
 

Since I am new...I was wondering of there is a thread somewhere that has the different plans mentioned?

Right now I am following a friends plan, I do not go to a COD

I am doing Gold...I am 161 pounds and 5'4 ( I want to be 140 )

But I am also breastfeeding ( in the begining process of weaning )
and others had mentioned diferent plans to be on and I was wondering what those plans consisted of.

I am on plan three and I think that was the purple with lites plan.
