This thread is to congratulate Dan on his (more than) 100 lbs loss on the plan so far! At Nicole's suggestion, I've whipped up a little cake to celebrate. It has 25 calories per 8oz serving, 12 grams of fibre, no carbs, and of course, no sodium. Feel free to eat as much as you like!
