OK Ladies I hope someone can help me. I have chinese food that my family wanted so bad for dinner. I have sesame chicken and lo mein noodles. Can I eat any of this? If so how much and what is the exchange. Thanks

OK... tried this before and the computer froze. As for chinese food, what you listed is not on plan. Just do the best you can and drink lots of lemon water.

For future, I always order from the "diet menu". I get steamed shrimp and veggies w/the brown sauce on the side for dipping. I actually don't miss the regular stuff anymore.
