What is the difference between slim downs and LA shakes?

Are there any cheaper versions of the LA shakes?

Slimdowns are similar to the slimfast shakes. LA shakes are a lower calorie lite. They run about 60 cals a piece. I honestly don't know of any subs for them. I have some, but don't use them that often. I can't stand them just by themselves, I have to mix the cold drinks with fruit, the hot drinks with coffee and the soups I usually mix with sour cream and use as a sauce base for meat.
