cassie or anyone HELP!

    I'm starting my boost over....it's been a disaster from the beginning so off i go again...my question is what kind of menu do you use for take off? I'm using Knudsen's juice and on Red Plan 1.......but i'm at a loss for ideas for food! I tried searching the threads but can't seem to find anything about Take off...says my last word isn't long enough.....so HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Here is what I have from dh's COD

    Breakfast:
    2 oz protein (We use chicken breast)
    6 oz. coffee

    Mid AM:
    1 LA Lite
    6 oz. coffee

    Lunch:
    2 oz. same protein as earlier
    1/2 cup GREEN veggie cooked or 1 cup GREEN veggie raw

    Mid PM:
    1 LA Lite

    Dinner:
    2 oz. same protein as earlier
    1/2 cup GREEN veggie cooked or 1 cup GREEN veggie raw

    If you need more info like what veggies or what proteins, let me know. I'll check on you a little later!

  • Heather- I usually do something like this:
    I usually do the same protein all day on both days, if I have chicken, fish, shrimp or beef I do this:
    FYI- Green veggies are unlimited on TO now

    Breakfast- coffee, light bar, juice or fruit (whichever I decide to do)
    Snack- juice or fruit
    Lunch- 3 oz protein, green veggies, juice or fruit
    Snack-juice or fruit
    Dinner- 3oz. protein, green veggies, juice or fruit
    Snack- light bar

    If I do eggbeaters I have 1/2 c. for each breakfast, lunch and dinner.- 1 1/2 c. total for the day.

    My preferences for proteins are usually chicken or shrimp, green veggies are zuchinni, asparagus, cucumber, cabbage, snow peas.

    Last time I made a stir fry for dinner with shrimp, cabbage, broccoli, asparagus, snow peas and zuchinni. Lots of Mrs. dash spices and just a squirt of LS soy sauce. YUMMO

    I just did TO and here's what I did:

    Breakfast: 1 glass TO drink
    1/2 egg whites
    Mid-Morning: 1 glass TO drink
    broccoli
    1/2 LA Lite
    Lunch: Tossed salad
    1/2 LA Lite
    Mid-afternoon: 1 glass TO drink
    cucumbers
    2 oz. chicken breast
    Dinner: 1 glass TO drink
    2 oz. turkey breask
    Salad
    1/2 LA Lite
    Evening snack: Sugar Snap Peas
