Thingirl, maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised at the scale!!
Melissa, my aunt makes raspberry pies (or she used to) all the time. Regular and sugar free. Those were always a huge hit at family reunions. They really are yummy. My hubby is diabetic and doesn't follow the eating plan that he should. I get so frustrated with him at times. We are leaving at 5:00 in the morning, so I guess I should get some sleep. Have a great week everyone!! |
Are you girls talking about pie? lol I love pies & tarts (butter tarts) yum, the pastry is what tempts me more than the filling.
Anyway, enough pie talk - thanks for the encouraging words, it's weird that I just feel sluggish and heavy. I did 2 hours of cardio today, (1 hour in the morning and 1 in the evening) that's the first time I've ever done that. TOM has come and gone so that is not the reason for my bloatishness (is that a word?) lol Talk to you guys tomorrow, have a nice evening. PS - shouldn't someone start a new thread for this week's Alli-gator chat? |
I read on here that someone said she always halves her meals and a bonus is that she has lunch for the next day. I thought - what a great idea, especially since I hate making lunch for myself!
Go see Hairspray, it was very cute. Lots of girls and even men in the audience. I think the got a kick out of John Travolta as the mom - I know I did! Thingirl - KEEP THE FAITH! Even if you are plateau-ing, you are still doing the RIGHT THING for your body! |
