I am fairly new to this site, but I would like to join the Labor Day Challenge as well. I have lost 41lbs to date and would like to lose another 15 by Labor Day. We are going camping this weekend...I have pre-measured my food servings...here is to staying POP!

From reading other posts, I am guessing a challenge means you set a goal for yourself to obtain by the given date...so I will try to lose 20 pounds between now and Labor Day. Are there any extra rules I should know about?

No rules...it's just nice to have a goal in mind. I like to make mine challenging but realistic. Basically I need to stay POP to make the goal. It is a huge encouragement to stay on plan to hit the goal...and once you hit it, you are so happy with yourself that you want to set another one...at least that's how I am:)

I would love to join your challenge, as well. I find everyone on here so motivating. Maybe these short-term challenges will help me get to the long-term goal. Baby steps, right?

Glad to see that everyone is making a good dent in their challenge so far. I just got back from a not so POP vacation lol. I am going to WI tomorrow to see the damage so I have got to get to working really hard here to get to 25 lbs. I will update tomorrow!!
