I am a long time WW's girl going to First Place. Just looking for other First Place ladies :)

My mom and I do the studies together but I don't really following the eating plan since I find it a little too high in breads/grains for me personally. I do wish I had a group locally to meet with though. The studies really do help me to take the focus off dieting and doing it all by my own strength.
