Questions Questions

  • Hello All. Some of you may know that I had started lawl sometime last year and quit...and renewed about 3 weeks ago (well I started my 3rd week today). So far I have lost a total of 5 lbs on the plan (is this okay for 2 weeks)? I have not had a POP day everyday (my bday fell in those 2 weeks), but I have worked out religiously!!!! So one day when I went to WI, I had actually gained 1 lb back and the counsler said it may be because I worked out directly before going to the center. Has anyone else ever esperienced this?
    I am also a teacher and school is out (whoo-hooo) but that leaves me with LOTS of time during the day. Thankfully summer school starts Mon. !! (Never though I would say that). But this week I went to COD in the morning...now I am super scared that because I will be going back to evening WI's. I am actually thinking about waking my daughter up early and taking her to the center with me at 7 (when they open) then dropping her to camp at 8:30 (time that camp begins) and getting to work by 9 (time I have to be there) It may work...if I can leave the house early enough!!!!! Or should I just switch back to evening WI's....what to do!!!!
  • 5 lbs is great for 2 weeks! It is possible that you weighed a little more right after exercising. Something about your muscles storing water to repair themselves or something.
  • I agree with Katie yes you probably did weigh a little more because you just exercised. This is just a guess but did you also have water during or after you exercised? That will make you gain too. I am one of those that goes in the morning if I can to WI. I hate going in the afternoon/evening. I want to be at my truest weight when I WI. Wow your center opens at 7am how nice! Mine does not open till 9 so when school starts I will not be able to go during the week until after school but Saturday will be my true weight day! I am starting my first year teaching. Good luck on deciding when to WI!!
