You can also do the TO with fruit, you don't have to use the juice. Lot's of people here do the fruit because it tends to keep you more full and you get more natural nutrients out of the fruit. I beleive there is a list of them in the newbie thread at the top of the forum.

i went for my wi last night and the entire staff at my center has changed! and of course no one new anything about the dietician etc...so i had to explain everything all over again (about not enough calories, too many carbs). the response i get? don't do the lites and fruit- eat whatever you want to eat! i asked if she could offer some suggestions - no just eat what you think is right. i aksed how many proteins should i add if i'm not eating lites and fruit - her answer - whatever you feel is best.

so what do you guys think i should do????

and btw, i GAINED .2lbs

at this point I think the only thing left to do is call the corporate office and tell them exactly what's going on--they are not giving you the advice/support you need and that's their job--we pay too much money for them to tell you to basically use your own best judgement.

You have got to go corporate. Give them a call. That center has no idea what they are doing. I would not settle for what you are getting. There are more things you can do if that doesn't work but it is worth a very stern phone call!

thanks for the advise - i'll call corporate - i hate to be a complainer, but like you both said, i'm not getting any support at all. at this point i could have saved my money and just used this board for support and guidance!

G- Wow, sorry you are going through this. Centers and stupid counselors like that are what gives LAWL a bad name!! I agree with Lea Ann and Deede on calling corporate. Don't let them jerk you around like that. Make sure you call 1-877-LAHELP and not the 800 # on the website or you will just be connected with your center.

WOW I hope this gets cleared up that would be very fusterating to me as well. with what you pay you deserve proper answers not them telling you to more or less "wing it".

I too have seen many faces at my COD some are from centers that are open already in another area. I think they are kinda checking the girls there are doing things correctly and that. they are also now a training center for the new ones opening in another area.
