  • Fluffy Lemon-Berry Pie

    Ingredients:

    4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened*
    1 3/4 cups cold skim milk
    2 (1.4 oz.) lemon flavor fat-free sugar free instant pudding & pie filling
    1 (8 oz.)tub frozen fat free non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
    1 ( 9 inch) Keebler® Ready Crust® Reduced Fat Graham Pie Crust
    1 cup fresh blueberries, raspberries and/or sliced strawberries

    Preparation:

    In medium bowl beat cream cheese with wire whisk until fluffy. Gradually whisk in milk. Add pudding mix. Beat with whisk about 2 minutes more or until smooth.
    Whisk in half of whipped topping.
    Spread in crust. Top with remaining whipped topping.
    Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set. Garnish with berries. Store in refrigerator.

    *NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
