Finishing take-off
I have been doing LAWL for 10 weeks and have lost 26 lbs. :carrot: I am on purple without lites and I am finishing my first unlimited take-off tonight. Now I need some suggestions. I remember reading here about avoiding certain foods right after take-off and now I can't find the thread. Please help!

You want to avoid heavy starches and proteins... It's best not to eat beef the day after. As far as starches go, stick with lite breads.
