my confusion is - the difference between the slimdowns and the jetstart. I have read that some people are subbing slimfast for the slimdowns, and others are subbing slimfast for the jetstart. I know that the jetstart is 1da and 1 fr, and the slimfast is 1 p and 1 starch.
I know Lettie said she was subbing the jetstart for yogurt, and fruit which I like that idea, but I don't understand how you can sub the slimfast for the jetstart and count it as a fr and da, if you sub it for a slimdown and count it as a p and s.
Am I a complete idiot, and just not getting this, or do we get to choose how to count the slimfast??? Please help.
