Lites/8wk Makeover

When I'm doing my regular plan the 12 days after i started with fast forward
on the 8 wk. makeover I use my lites right?

Yes! The only time you don't use lites is when you are on Fast Forward. Even on Take Off you use the lites. Enjoy!
