Starbucks?
If I get a latte with nonfat milk, and sugar-free syrup, and without the whipped cream - can I get one, and count it as a dairy?
|
I went to Starbucks website and they have nutrition info...a tall nonfat latte has 120 calories, the SF syrup doesnt have any. So its a few more calories than a dairy serving but maybe as long as you didnt have them everyday...just my opinion LOL

I get the sugar free cinnamon dolce latte and count it as a dairy. I only have one a week though.

I count it as a dairy. I look at it this way the same size from Panera Bread counts as a dairy.
Now my daily fix has become Passion tea, but there are days when a girl just needs her super strong coffee. |
every once in a while, not often. once a month maybe. I will get what ever I want in a tall......... 12 oz. and count it as a Jetstart.......... (shhhh don't tell!)

i work @ starbucks and most others on here get a tall nonfat sugar free latte and count it as their dairy. i'm an exception to the starbucks rule because i drink iced espresso..with only a splash of nonfat or soy milk...but there are times when i'll do an iced latte but usually with an insane amount of epresso and only a few ounces of milk. :)

megs--yes the passion tea with 2 splenda has always been my fave! and iced coffee with 2 splendas and a splash of nonfat milk. way awesome! |
I usually get the grande non fat cappucchino with sugar free cinnamon dolce and I count that as 1D. A grande latte counts as 2D. The cappucchino is made with less milk.

Jill you are hardcore! LOL
Wendy - I'm with you on the Cinnamon dolce...YUM. I limit it to once a week :( |
