Heartburn with the TO juice??
 

Hi all,

Does anyone find that the juice gives you heartburn?? I am actually using the KMB juice, I hate the heartburn all day long as I drink it...any suggestions? Thanks alot.:)

I've never gotten heartburn from the To juice but it seems that all the fresh fruits and veggies I'm eating has given me acid reflux, isnt that great? LOL Eating healthier than I ever have in my life and it causes me problems, sheesh, I cant win!

I hear ya...I've learned through reading that apple cider vinegar, (raw not filtered) like 2T. a day, helps with the acid reflux. I got off the acid meds using it a year ago. I don't know if it would screw up the plan?? Thanks for the reply. :)
