I'm currently doing Extreme fat smash and have been posting on the Extreme Thread.

I'm trying the regular fat smash again. I seem to always have something come up that throws me of off it. But I'm going to really try this time. Anyone else still doing it?

I am Carrie!!! I'm starting Monday, I have to go out and buy my groceries tonight. I will be cooking my pot of soup again. But this time w/ more beans. Great way to fill you up! This time I'm not going to let myself give up! Good luck to you. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress!
