I know that you retain water when you ingest too much sodium..and I am having smoked, cured ham for easter I did some research online and although I found a couple tricks to help alleviate the retention issue (ie drinking more water- which I am) how many days do you think I will retain water after I eat the ham? I have a weigh in on Thursday and am having ham for lunch and supper today ...and am trying to increase my water by 50%..
has anyone tracked this carefully before?
