Oh, maybe I should mention that I made goal.

  • I have two weight loss weeks left, and this time I will not be buying more weeks! I'm going to be stabalizing even if I don't drop those stubborn pounds.

When I started program back in November I set two different goals, 25 pounds down or 20 inches lost amongst the bust, waist, hip and thigh. Well I'm no where near the 25 pounds down, and seeing that I've been yo-yoing the same 3 pounds for 16 weeks it ain't happening anytime soon. But, I was meaured yesterday and I'm down 20 1/2 inches! Plus 3 1/2 inches around the arm. According to COD 24 inches looks more like 48 pounds than 16 pounds. And yes the before and after pictures show a difference.

So I'm really wondering if I'm making the right choices to stabalize even though I'm 10 pounds heavier than I pictured. Yes, I preach that I'd rather be heavy and toned over light and flabby, but now I'm nervous. Someone please tell me that I'm making the right choice here.
  • Megan thats amazing, all those inches! I've lost 60 pounds and 30 inches. So I dont think you should worry at all about what the scale says! Just enjoy those inches girlie!! Good job!
  • that's great megan! way to go! i think that you're doing the right thing in chosing to go to stabilization, since you've lost tons of inches..screw the scale!
  • Great job Megan!!! Way to go!
  • I'm just freaking out if you can't tell. I'm so freaking afraid that I'll put on 10 pounds during stabalization! But then again, knowing me, I'll drop those stubborn 12 pounds while on maitenence. COD has 3 clients that have all lost 15+ pounds while in stabilaztion or maitence. They think I'll be the 4th! I'm only hoping it goes that way.
