Back 2 LAWL but need your help!

  • Hi there,

    My DH & I did the LAWL thng in 2005 and managed to both lose but stopped due to a family crisis. Of course we gained everything we lost and then some. I want to start the program again but I definately cannot go and pay another $836.00 (that was just for me).

    I looked through my materials that I had and I still have the "fast Tracker" and a gold plan but I am pretty sure that was my husbands. I believe I was on the "blue" plan. My plan is to do the the "take off" (I have the instrucitions for that) with the Knudsens Juice. And then follow the "blue plan" with the LUNA Bars. Can someone tell me what the exchanges are for the blue plan. Would someone be nice enough to give me that info? I have approximately 40 pounds to lose.

    Also, can someone verify that it is the lenders bagels and the land o lakes creamer that I could use. Any other tips are HUGELY appreciated!!!

  • If you have your husbands menu planner, you can still go with the items listed in there.

    for the Blue plan, I believe you're allowed 2 and a half proteins, but no more than 3 ounces cooked.

    3 veggies
    3 fruits
    1 fat
    3 starches (but may be 2, I can't remember)
  • I think it's 2 starches and a Dairy isn't it???

  • You guys were almost there. Blue is 3 S, 2 1/2P, 3Fr, 3V, 1D, 1Fa. (Looking forward to the extra starch next week when school starts!)
