Did 25 min uphill on the treadmill this morning while wearing wrist weights.. woo hoo, I'm an overacheiver. lol!

Kristen - You did it!!! Congratulations!! I'm also very glad that you have regained your sanity. Being thin and crazy just isn't a way to go through life. Oh yeah.. Salty Dan has been pretty quiet since his "Queso incident.."

Liz - I'd second the re-reading the contract.. but if worse comes to worse.. I know that if I didn't have the driving factor of having to go to the cod to weigh in and get counseled.. I wouldn't be sticking to the plan either. I have to have the accountability.

Kristen- YAY!!! YAY!!! YAY!!! WooHoo on reaching your goal!!!!

Joni- I know the feeling. DH usually gets out of bed before me, so as soon as he's out, I have all three of them on the bed. So I usually have them laying on all sides of me, or laying on top of me. It is a nice feeling!

Michelle07- You will soon learn that there is nothing that is TMI on this forum. We talk about everything!

Kate- I am so excited for you. I think I will have a mimosa in honor of your wedding!!

Katie- I'm glad Savannah is doing better. I hear ya on the wet weather. It rained all night last night and now it is snowing giant wet sticky flakes. The high today and tomorrow is supposed to be in the 30's then on Friday it's supposed to get in the 60's. Ahhh, springtime in the Rockies!!!

Nicole- WTG on the 3.4 lbs!!! You will be right back where you were in no time.

Liz- I would go in with the contract and ask the manager why they won't stick to their end of the deal, and see what she has to say. I blew my guarantee and rebate a long time ago when they were so short staffed. A person could easily wait for 45 minutes to see a counselor. They don't do the quick weigh in's at my center either. I can't see waiting that long and would just walk out or if I drove by and there were more than 3 cars in the lot, I just kept driving. So I just buy the extra weeks and it's ok with me.

Yes it would be great. My dogs hinder exercise. I have 2 miniature dachshaunds and was attempting yoga night before last. It was everything BUT relaxing. They were all over me, handing me toys to throw, licking me, etc. They are not at all helpful in the exercise department. One of em needs to join me. I lovingly refer to him as my big boned boy.

Liz -- I'm with the others who suggested asking the COD why they are not prepared to honour their end of the bargain. What does the guarantee mean afterall? If I were in your shoes, and they gave me a reason I could swallow, I would probably buy the extra weeks to keep myself motivated and accountable.
