Kristen- I am going to have to start serving my family "blue plate" style so that the serving dishes never make it to the table. I made a fool of myself the other day with a pan of baked ziti!

I am here at my desk making my to do list. Of course, 3FC is at the top of it! I got my cheating out of my system yesterday, so it is HLW and POP for me today. So far so good! Who got voted off of AI last night?

Good morning everyone...and hello Rhonda....soo good to see you.....I hope your health concerns turn out ok.......keep us updated

Well, I am here in snowy Wisconsin.......EWWWWWWWW, and I do have computer access.....just not a lot of time. My dad's surgery was a success......although difficult. The doc said he had to use a lot of manpower to get his knee replacement in, as his muscles were very tight and shortenend from walking with it bent for so long (due to pain). They think he will need a bit more therapy than most, but should be fine. Hooray.

Anyway.....I have been a total hog........it's pretty gross....but fun in a very sick way. Oh well.........when I get home, it's down to business FOR SURE.

Well, I have to run, have to get kids ready to go to their other Grandma's house so I can get up to the hospital. I miss you all.....and next time I check in, I expect Kristen will be at goal Love to you all!!!!

Good morning everybody! Welcome back to all who have decided to recommit, you know its one of the best decisions you'll ever make! Nothing is worth more than our health.

TO actually worked for me pretty good this time. BNHSWI this morning had me at 165.8 which is down 3 pounds from Monday! Moving closer to my goal before surgery, yipee!!!

Nicole- glad to hear your fathers surgery went well. My mom fell back in Feb. and the doc said she needs a total knee replacement, just gotta convince her to take time off work to get it done.

Kristen, next time you WI, take your pants off, that should be good for the .6! LOL

AI-- couldn't believe america was done looking at haleys legs! So America as a whole would rather look at sanjaya than haley...... hmmmm makes you wonder about AI's demographics....... 10-12 year old silly girls maybe....... not 17-??? year old men. oh well I knew she wouldn't win. but I thought she would out last some of the others

trying to be very good today. I need to show a loss tomorrow. Yesterdays weigh in had me at the same weight as Friday which was great since I ate like a pig this weekend. but am a ready for the number to go down even if it is a point something.

ok, i'm back from WI and i lost another pound. glad too, because i didn't think i would. i've been POP though, so it is deserved.
they're still not going to switch me to purple. not sure if i'm going to just do it myself or wait it out. i have 3lbs to go til then. maybe i'll just relish in the extra 1/2 protein and 1 starch while i can?

Hello! All of this talk of SD has prompted me to come out of the shadows

I started LAWL on 3/25/07 and have lost a (measly) 6lbs. I am fairly POP, but we had a b-day party for my 2yr old daughter this past weekend...I definitely ate WAY LESS than I would have, but still not POP. Anyway, I'm back in the saddle again and am ready to reach my goal.

My mom started LAWL in July and is now down almost 80lbs!!! She's doing fantastic and is a big inspiration for me. I had hoped I'd be losing a little faster than I am, but any loss is a good one!

Anyway, I thought I'd breifly introduce myself since I've been reading up on all of you for the past month or so

Jillian-- we were in the Black Hills, My DH grew up in Hot Springs, left when he was 19 and then we moved there when we got married when he was 29 and lived there a year. it is pretty, but I would not do it again. Although part of that is memories of the first year of marriage and probably would have been rough no matter where we were.

the black hills area is very pretty. i love hot springs. never got a chance to live there though...but retirement there would be lovely!
