Oops!
Last night I had hot dogs and chips....so not on the plan. Well, this morning I am paying for it! I gained 6 oz. and feel very puffy. I don't have any take off and I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions as how to get some of this water weight off? Maybe try the take off but insted of using the juice use water? Help please!!!

I wouldn't worry about TO just because of one meal with a lot of sodium. Try driniking 2 extra glasses of water today and two mugs of hot lemon water. You should be back down in a day or so as long as you stay POP.

That extra weight you're seeing this morning is from the physical food itself, not the bad things in it.. It usually takes a couple of days for what we eat to affect our real weight gain or loss..
As for actual weight gain due to your divergence off plan.. Don't worry about it.. It's already happened.. Just get back on your horse and stay on plan for the rest of the day and you'll feel better.. Will you see an actual gain? Maybe, but everything else you eat or do (physical exercise-wise) will also affect that.. |
