Has anyone been able to access the www.laathome.com web site?
It has a place for the client ID, email and zip code. I contacted my COD and they couldn't tell me what to use even though it has a place for current center members to register. It looks like a really good website that would be helpful.

You need to pay a yearly membership fee for that site in addition to your center fees...its like $100 or something....

You have to pay for an access code and it's not available to all of the country. Try calling your COD for help or call the customer service number 7-877-LA-Help-1 to see if you can get it. It's normally $99/year, but they run specials too.

I tried that number and it said it was temporarily disconnected. I think there is one too many numbers there. Thanks for the info.

I meant 1-877-LA-Help-1, not 7-877. Oops. But I double-checked the box, and then called the number and it works.

Thanks. I did try that number and it worked. But all I could get was a voice recording telling me all operators were busy and to leave my message and someone would get back to me. We will see if they do.
