Default Im so glad I found this site..Newbie
Hi everyone,

I am so glad I found you all, it is nice to see other people going through the same weight loss ups and downs. I joined LAWL in April of 06, and lost 15 lbs, then in Nov I quit smoking and gained 20lbs. So I am back. I went last Wed and purchased more weeks. So now I am starting all over again with a few more pounds to lose....and I know it is going to be alot harder now because I don't have the nicotene helping my metabolism. But I am determined to do it this time......... Yay me ha ha

Sandra, good luck! You've done this before so you know it works! It might be more challenging without the cigarettes but think about how much more healthy you are! Congrats and good luck!
