TO vs FF
 

Ok seems like I'm alittle rusty.Refrsh my memory please.What's the difference between TO and FF?Also I've seen that Hollywood juice 2 day diet, looks like the juce LAWL sells wonder if it's similar.

With Take Off you are using the LA Lites (or comparable bars like Kashi, Luna, etc).
With Fast Forward you are not using any LA Lites and you get unlimited proteins and veggies (protein and veggie choices are in the books)
Substitutes for the LAWL Take Off juice are: Knudsen's Morning blend juice (add some Fibersure), 48 hour juice, Celebrity 48 hr Juice (or use 4 cups of cantaloupe OR 4 oranges in place of juice).
