Off to a good start

Yah!!! I went for my first weigh in this morning. After two days of Take Off and one day of being on plan, I lost 1.8 lbs. That doesn't sound like much, but I feel better and feel focused. Today starts my challenge though because I go on the road today. I will be gone today and tomorrow, come home for one day and be gone for three days. Wish me luck.
