LAWL Question
I am new to LAWL. This site is part of the reason I decided to take that particular step. Due to my anal retentive nature, I like to have some background information on how the plan is designed. Does anyone out there have any guidelines to how many calories or grams make up the various categories - protein, starch, veg, fruit, fat & dairy? I have asked my counselor, but apparently they don't give that type of information anymore. She mentioned that it used to be in the books, so I thought there may be someone out there that would be willing to share.
