This was Kristen's idea but I thought I would start a thread for it. Who is up for a lose 10lbs by Valentine's challenge? I know I would like to lose 10lbs by Valentines day.... I am going to add a ticker to my signature for it. I dont know how these challenge's usually go so someone else may need to tell us. Do we weigh in now and weekly there after? Kristen?????
I'm in - I need to do something and I seem to do better when I'm challenged with my friends here at LAWL (vs on TBL site). I was at 158 this morning and I've put my challenge numbers in my avatar (profile line). I just did some quick stats to see if I could lose 10 lbs in the 30 days that this challenge will run. That averages out to 2.33 pounds a week which will certainly be a challenge for me...but it's something to aim for!! I'd be happy to hit 150!

I took my weight from today as that will give me almost a month to try and lose 10lbs. I made a ticker just to keep track but we can do a weekly weigh in and see how we do, or just update when you remember
Well, I started this challenge (I did not WI yesterday so I will go w/todays weight) at 151. So, this would put me at 141 at the end of the challenge........
Mindy: One thing that has helped me in the sweets department is some of the flavored hot teas and SF jello with FF Cool whip (both condiments) While it is not chocolate is gives me that satisfaction of something sweet.......
